Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Super High Five, a service provided by Mycenae, LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and responsible use
You must be at least 21 years old to use Super High Five. You are responsible for following all laws and sportsbook rules that apply where you live. Do not use the service where sports wagering is prohibited.
Super High Five is not a sportsbook
Super High Five organizes and tracks private group picks. It does not accept or place wagers, transmit bets to sportsbooks, hold gambling funds, set betting lines, guarantee that a sportsbook will accept a selection, or distribute winnings. Any wagering or exchange of money occurs separately from Super High Five and is solely the responsibility of the participants.
Accounts and groups
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping private group invitations reasonably secure. Organizers are responsible for their group settings, announcements, membership decisions, recorded wagers, and results. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content.
In the iPhone and iPad apps, you can purchase and use Organizer access without registering an email address or phone number. Registration is optional and can be added later to sign in to your groups on other devices. Restore Purchases restores eligible Apple purchases.
Organizer subscriptions
Joining another person's group is free. Creating and organizing groups requires an active Organizer subscription unless Mycenae, LLC has granted included access. Current prices, plan limits, billing periods, and any trial are shown before purchase.
Purchases in the iPhone and iPad apps are processed by Apple. You can manage or cancel those subscriptions through your Apple account.
Website subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You may manage, change, or cancel a website subscription through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Upgrades may take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades may take effect at the end of the current period.
Trials, cancellations, and refunds
If a free trial is offered, its duration and the price charged afterward are shown at checkout. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, subscription charges are nonrefundable and partial billing periods are not refunded. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly so we can review it.
Service availability and data
Sports lines, schedules, results, notifications, and other third-party data may be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. Always confirm an actual wager directly with the sportsbook. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts that misuse the service.
Team picks may be graded from game scores supplied by the sports-data provider. The organizer records player-prop results from the sportsbook. An organizer can enable one NFL spread and one game total from the same game when the sportsbook accepts that combination; the actual combined sportsbook odds must be recorded. Editing a past pick updates the group's pick records and member statistics without changing recorded wagers, payouts, or the bank ledger.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Mycenae, LLC does not guarantee winnings, betting outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or the accuracy of third-party information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mycenae, LLC is not liable for wagering losses, group disputes, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date. You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription; cancel website billing through Stripe and iPhone or iPad billing through Apple.
